Methods of payment
E.ART.H. S.r.l. accepts credit cards and PayPal as payment methods. In our online shop payments are secure because we use appropriate protection systems.
We ship by courier/shipping company. Before accepting the parcel, please ensure that it is undamaged and has no defects. We recommend that you accept the shipment with reservation so that we can check for damage and/or other defects.
Shipping costs and delivery times
For Italy, shipping is handled by Express Delivery in 24-48 business hours. The delivery costs are displayed directly at the checkout (in Euro and including VAT), before the order is confirmed.
For shipments abroad, Delivery in 10 working days is available. Delivery costs are displayed directly at the checkout (in Euro and including VAT), before the order is confirmed.
What to do if the work arrives damaged
When the express courier delivers the product to you, you must first make sure that the parcel is not broken, damaged, wet and/or other. However, we recommend that you accept with reservation. If, once you open the parcel, the product is damaged, you must contact us no later than 24 hours after the delivery date.
To make the request effective, we ask you to send us photos clearly showing the damage to email@example.com.
If the product does not conform and you wish to return it, you can do so within 14 days from the date of delivery. Send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with a telephone number where you can be contacted.
We will email you the Return Authorisation Form, without which your return will not be accepted and will be sent back. You will then have to pack the work carefully and send it to the address:

The costs and risks of shipping are your responsibility. After the return has arrived at our warehouse, we will refund you within 10 days of receiving the product.
